BACEK LLC was founded in 2002 as the result of a J/V between BACEI S.p.A. and Kazakh Agency of Applied Ecology (KAPE) a leading environmental company specialized in providing HSE&Q services to the petroleum industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and C.I.S.

BACEK LLC, with offices in Almaty, Atyrau, Aktau, and Aksay, combines the knowhow of BACEI S.p.A. in HSE&Q services with the “local content” organizational and human resources of KAPE to serve the needs of Oil & Gas Power Generation Industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2007 BACEK LLC was awarded the License to provide Well Control and Fire fighting services to the Oil & Gas companies operating on land and offshore, throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan.
