The trends in industry today demand changes in the way course work is structured and how training is delivered. Investments in training must ensure the trainee acquires knowledge, skills and competence that quickly translate into increased business unit effectiveness.

Competency building is an integral part of the services offered by BACEI SpA. It is generated from the Competency Management Assurance Systems (CMAS). This involves producing Training and Assessment Plans and using Competency workbooks. We have a number of Trainers and Engineer/Authors who can qualify the client’s personnel to NVQ (Non Vocational Qualification) standards. In order to ensure consistency in the learning experience, all our trainers are put through a common training program, to make the course a truly successful experience for the students of various cultures. We therefore offer classroom or e-learning courses in both English and local languages worldwide.

3. Continuous working progress evaluation in order to verify the level of learning effectiveness.

5. Once the course is completed, our tutors will assess how the course meets the expectation of the participant and the client.

For all above reasons, the BACEI Training Model is a series of progressive training levels. Irrespective of the desired level of learning, all course work is designed to ensure high academic standards as well as practical engineering applications.
