The purpose of BACEI S.p.A. Project and Risk Management Team is to maintain control of an undertaking new engineered construction or modification, an endeavour in which human, material and financial resources are organised to undertake a unique scope of work of a given specification within constraints of cost and time. BACEI S.p.A. Project Management activities are developed in exclusive cooperation with our technical partners, NCOE (Newcastle Chambers Of Engineers).
A successful project is measured in achieving scheduled completion within the budget costs, delivering the required specification of the “Statement of Requirements” within the beneficial objectives of Safety and Environmental specifications.
The project is likely to include Engineering design, purchasing, component logistics and storage, document handling storage and archiving, financial control, planning and schedule control, construction and commissioning, training of operator staff, all of which will include thousands of components and the efforts of many service and subcontractor companies.
